Serving Opportunities

We need co-workers who are willing to volunteer their skills in the following areas:

• Office administration (part time in Chicago; salaried or volunteer position)
• Technical skills: Information Technology, Database system, Graphic design/Newsletters design, Typesetting.
• Professional skills: Legal, General, and tax accounting, Medical (doctor, nurse, physical therapist,etc.), Health insurance, Retirement planning.
• Translation- English to Chinese and vice versa, Chinese/English proof reading.
• Missionary/member care and family counseling – CDM is looking for people with some training in counseling who are willing to further develop their skills to care for missionaries and their family and to train mission churches in developing care network to care and support their missionaries.
• Short-term missionaries – CDM does short-term missions to Kenya/Africa 2-3 times a year. We are looking for people that have a good knowledge of the Bible and experience in church leadership to help train pastors and co-workers in African churches (use English) as well as evangelism and training with Chinese churches in Kenya/Africa.
• Any skill(s) not listed here but you think may help with mission ministry in the front line or from back home.
